QUINTILESIMS CAMPUS RECRUITMENT DRIVE 2016-17

Campus recruitment drive was conducted by QuintilesIMS at Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy on January 17, 2017. The Recruitment Team of 5 members viz. Mr. Arun Sharma, Mr. Sampath, Mr. Ajil, Mr. Rahul and Ms Rekha reached the campus at 8.30 am along with their assessment partner from Aspiring Minds. 

The drive began with pre-placement talk to the prospective candidates i.e. IV B.Pharm, II M Pharm and Pharm D interns. In the presentation made during pre-placement talk, students were informed about the global presence of QuintilesIMS, the work culture, their expansion plans, and the growth prospectus.  This was followed by screening round of online assessment. This consisted of 3 modules –English, basic biology and Clinical research and took nearly an hour. 12 students were shortlisted out of 28. The shortlisted students were interviewed one on one by HR team and the technical team. Finally 6 students were offered appointments.
