“Krupanidhi Group of Institutions -A university for every kind”

One of the top institutes that focus on the welfare of the students, made its name when it introduced Pharmacy as a subject in Karnataka for the first time. Krupanidhi College, that also holds the credit of initiating physiotherapy, is a Christian college that started in 1985 by the famous educationist Suresh Nagpal.



 Unlike most other institutions, Krupanidhi group of institutions target at shaping and molding futures of young aspirants who aim at achieving great heights. Doing everything to provide them the right kind of environment, the institution has recruited few of the best teaching staff and have done everything to provide them with a good campus that ensures safety and comfort at the best.

BLOOD DONATION CAMP ON OCCASION OF WORLD PHARMACISTS DAY-2016

A Public health initiative was taken by Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy academicians and budding Pharmacist to commemorate World Pharmacist Day- 2016.
Blood donation camp was organized on 26th September 2016, at Krupanidhi College – Pharmacy Block. The programme was conducted by NSS cell, in association with Rotary International, Bangalore Indiranagar and NIMHANS Blood bank, Department Transfusion Medicine, Bangalore.

 


Sensitization program was conducted on 24th September, 2016 in the seminar hall by Mrs. Lata Amashi, Chairman of Blood Donation, Rotary Bangalore Indiranagar; and all the queries regarding the blood donation were answered.
The inauguration ceremony was held in the seminar hall of Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy. The welcome speech was given by the students of 5th Pharm D. The lamp lighting was done by all the dignitaries  (Mrs. Lata Amashi (Chairman of Blood Donation, Rotary Bangalore Indiranagar), Dr. Suverna Kirlokar (Physician, NIMHANS, Department of Transfusion Medicine)  & Mrs. Beena Tuysar (Social Worker, NIMHANS Blood bank, Department Transfusion Medicine), along with Dr. Karvekar (Director- Academics), Dr. Raman Dang (Principal), Prof. PV Mallya (Director-CPPA) and Dr. Sonal Dubey (Vice Principal). All the present staff, dignitaries and students actively took part in taking the “Pharmacist’s Qath”. The inauguration ceremony ended with the thank you note from Mrs. Rajeswari, Associate Professor and NSS officer, KCP.

 


The blood donation camp commenced with our first donor Dr. Rajendra, HOD of Pharmacology followed by many other donors. About 82 donors donated their blood for the social cause on this special day. Both NIMHANS team and Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy-NSS cell provided refreshments and Certificates for the donors.
